The Viking Learning Centre is a Study Support centre funded by Norfolk County Council. The centre’s mission statement is ‘Explore, Discover, Believe’; pupils’ time here is spent experiencing new, engaging and stimulating situations in a relaxed and challenging environment. The VLC is a partnership between Norfolk County Council and North Walsham Rugby Football Club, although this partnership will cease from 31st August 2011 as the Council have stopped the funding. North Walsham Rugby Club are currently in the process of consulting with schools to assess the situation regarding continuing the VLC under the rugby club's management.
